Perhaps you are at that stage of life where the pressure to build your professional and personal future is at its peak. You feel overwhelmed by the pace of daily life. You might feel you are living to meet incredibly high standards (both your own and others’), and that this constant demand is disconnecting you from yourself.
Maybe you feel alone in this, especially if you are an international student, trying to adapt to a new country while managing a brutal amount of stress. It is a constant struggle to “do everything right,” but inside you feel profoundly exhausted.
You have tried to “switch off” and “keep going,” but your mind keeps racing, and you wonder why it is so hard to enjoy what you are building.
I completely understand that feeling of being overwhelmed.
I understand you. I recognize that feeling of being on autopilot, that internal battle, and the exhaustion it produces. And I know that, even though it seems difficult right now, you long to find a balance—a space where you can stop and breathe.
That is exactly what I want to build with you. My practice is a confidential and warm space, a place where you will feel truly heard and understood, without judgment. A place where we can, at your own pace, begin to “digest the emotions” that weigh so much.
My international experience taught me to value every story and to understand where everyone comes from. Here, nothing is “weird” or “incorrect,” there is only your experience.
We will create a close and empathetic professional relationship where you feel you can trust me. It will be a therapeutic alliance where you will feel welcomed and supported.
I understand you and I am here for you. This is my starting point. Validating what you feel is the first step toward transforming it.
In a world that demands immediate solutions, my approach is not about applying a quick patch. My sensitivity as a therapist lies in going slower to truly get to know you.
I dedicate the first sessions to understanding your story, your context, and your relationships. Together, we are going to listen to the symptom. It is not about eliminating anxiety or stress right away, but about understanding what sustains that discomfort.
What is that burnout trying to tell you? What does that anxiety need?
By understanding the root, we can make deep and lasting changes so that you can live better.
Since childhood, I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to helping people. I have always been that person willing to listen to others and try to understand how they feel.
That vocation led me to study Psychology in the United States, at the American University of Paris. Living that international experience not only gave me a global vision of psychology, but it also taught me something fundamental: to not judge and to try to understand where everyone comes from.
Upon finishing and returning to Spain, I completed several master’s degrees and began working in a day hospital with high-acuity patients. That stage was incredibly formative, helping me understand the different and complex ways in which the human mind can function.
Today, all that background defines my practice. I work in English and Spanish, which allows me to be a fundamental support system for international students and professionals experiencing the transition to a new country—a process I know well.
My goal is to offer you a professional, evidence-based space that is, above all, deeply human.
