Maybe this is compounded by the challenge of living in a new country, far from your usual support network, trying to adapt to a different culture while managing your studies or exams. It is exhausting. And it is normal to feel this way.

I understand that feeling of being on autopilot, that internal struggle, and the exhaustion it produces. And I know that, although it may seem difficult now, you long to find balance, a space where you can stop and breathe.

The first step is finding a safe haven. A place where you can be yourself, without masks.

That is exactly what I want to build with you. My practice is a confidential and welcoming space, a place where you will feel truly heard and understood, without judgment. A place where we can, at your own pace, begin to “digest the emotions” that weigh so heavily.

My approach: Understanding before action

In a world that seeks immediate solutions, my approach is based on depth. I don’t believe in quick fixes; I believe in lasting change. That is why my methodology is designed to truly get to know you and adapt the process 100% to your needs.

How we do it?

The first sessions: Getting to know your story

We will dedicate the first two or three sessions to going deeper. Not only into the issue that brings you to therapy, but into your context, your history, and your relationships. This is essential to tailor the treatment as much as possible and understand your starting point.

The focus: listening to the symptom

My philosophy is not to remove anxiety or stress right away. It is about listening to the symptom. What is sustaining that discomfort? What is that anxiety trying to tell you? By understanding its root, we can work toward change that is real and sustainable, reducing or preventing relapses.

The process: digesting emotions

We will create a space of trust where you can process and “digest” emotions in a safe way. We will go at your own pace, working to understand and change the dynamics that sustain self-demand, frustration, or sadness.

I offer flexible support to adapt to your needs and schedule.

You can choose between:

  • Online therapy (via video call)
  • In-person therapy at my Madrid office.
  • Therapy sessions (individual, parents, and couples) last 50 minutes.
  • Supervision sessions for psychologists last 60 minutes.
